Sonoma Ranch

Is anyone else frustrated by the lack of attention to the gate Keypad of Sonoma Ranch at Kyle Seale entrance? How many of you have gotten shocked on more than one occasion just trying to enter the numbers on the keypad to open the slow gates to enter your residence.  I find it pretty annoying that this has yet to be addressed. I have written management about it, and they stated they were thinking of putting a plastic cover over it (took months to even get that answer from them).  Well where is it? They have time for Easter egg hunts, installing annoying speed bumps and stop signs but a simple plastic cover to prevent shocks to all is yet to be taken care of! 

Just don't have your hand on a Ipod whilst punching your code. I got the shock of my life and killed my Ipod using the gate at the Enclave over a year ago. Luckily no damage to me and it was an old 2nd gen Ipod anyway. Call Lee Thompkins he's paid to answer all your HOA questions and needs.
