Anyone have any word on when we can expect to have speed bumps installed on Candelaria and Santa Ursula?
Closing the gates 24/7 has had NO impact on slowing down the excessively speeding traffic.
I've watched several very near misses by speeders almost hitting bicycle riders and joggers. It's a tragedy waiting to happen.
