Southfield Association SUCKS
Its a waste of time going to the meetings.. They never get anything done.. I have not received any minutes since May 8,2006.. NO notice of when the next meeting is.. Have they even had one since May the 8th? They dont enforce any of the by laws.. SO BUILD WHAT EVER YOU WANT THEY WONT DO ANYTHING.. BUT WASTE OUR MONEY ON A FENCE THAT THE PRESIDENT WANTED UP.. We need to get the dues lowered again... We buy the pond insurance through the president insurance company.. DONT YOU THINK WE SHOULD GET OTHER BIDS?? OH NO WE JUST BUY IT THROUGH HIM.. THIS WHOLE ASSOCIATION IS A JOKE.. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT ILL QUIT HERE..........................................................................
