"Justices to Hear Centennial Arguments May 3" (Denver Post, March 16, 2000) After the written decision is issued by the Colorado Supreme Court, Greenwood Village has two weeks to file a Motion to Reconsider. It usualy takes the court one week to respond. Because of primary election "blackout" periods, the first probable election date is in September, assuming the court rules in favor of Centennial.
