It?’s ELECTION TIME at the Southland

The Southland Owners Association has four positions open on the Board of Directors.

We are seeking interested, energetic and concerned homeowners to join the board. Your primary duties will include: maintaining the standards of the Homeowner?’s covenant, promoting community life, developing the Association?’s budget, and attending quarterly meetings. Dedication and commitment are a plus! Two year terms begin April 1st 2001.

The following criteria must be met:
o Nominee must be homeowner of record
o Nominee must be in good standing with
Southland Owners Association
o Nominee?’s annual assessment must be paid in full

Box 870903, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 (post marked 3/6/01). Nominations may also be submitted at the March 6th meeting.

If you are interested you should also attend the Homeowners meeting at 7:00 p.m. on March 6th at the clubhouse. Election day is the Annual Meeting of March 20, 2001, 7 p.m.
