Pearsall Road Park Update

This Phase I project, originally to have been completed last year, is actually now under construction, but it is going slower than expected. SAPAR has put the contractor on notice that he may have to pay a fine or lose the contract if there are further delays. Best hope now is that the grand opening might be at the end of Aug; but nothing is certain.
