Who You Gonna Call?
Call 311, 24-hours each day, 7 days every week?—to report problems the city needs to correct. This includes, stray animals, dead animal pick-up, potholes, street lights out, flooding, etc. If the call isn?’t answered immediately, don?’t hang up. If you must, be sure to call back again. Get the name of the person taking your information?—and ask for a ?“work order number?”. Follow-up again, if you see no change/results within 48 hours.
