- Wed, Dec 31, Deadline to submit essay & application for 46th Annual Miss Recreation Pageant. Girls 13?—18 are eligible to compete in this citywide pageant to take place on Apr 9th. The 250-word essay & application must be turned in by 4:30 PM, at the Special Programs Office, 1635 NE Loop 410, (7th floor). Pageant winner will receive $1,000 educational scholarship.
