SWCA Members Eligible for $5

The Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU), previously only for military personnel, is opening membership eligibility for southside residents who belong to neighborhood associations. SWCA members qualify?—and, if you open an RBFCU savings account, RBFCU will contribute the initial $5 deposit to your account.
