4th Annual Blue Santa Parade, Sat, Dec 11th

For the fourth year, the San Antonio Police Department, SWCA and other groups and agencies are planning the Blue Santa Parade and Festival for Sat, Dec 11th. Blue Santa is expected to arrive via helicopter at 10 AM and lead the parade through the Sky Harbour subdivision. Residents along the route can donate a new child?’s gift which the Blue Santa organization will give to needy children. Food and informational booths, free entertainment, and drawings for free door prizes will go on at Millers Pond Park until 2 PM. SWCA may have an entry in the parade, as well as a food booth, if we have enough people interested in participating. If you are interested, call 623-4965 to let us know. Don?’t wait until the last minute to call, the decisions whether we do these things have to be made during October?—to allow enough time to plan.
