Spencers Plantation

This matter was actually a discussion with the Board of Directors recently (barrier/mud on fence). We are looking into the issue. Unfortunately a lot of that trash gets blown down the street like a wind tunnel effect on recycle days. I have not seen or heard of anyone dumping trash. I could be mistaken, and if so, that is definitely a problem we need to address. But for now, people just need to be mindful of there recycle bins and windy days/nights. As far as a barrier, we will need to do some research, i know the owner of the land uses that road as an access way to his property, if there is another way for him to get back there, than yes, a barrier is feasible. I will look into it.
