I would like to ask our HMO to put up a barrier were White Heron and the reserve meet.
Cars are continually driving back there and dumping crash. I always have to pick up my yard due to people dumping, and today my fence has been sprayed with mud. I guess a truck must have gotten stuck in the mud.
I believe this is a strong safety feature for our neighborhood as well.
I was told that we had a barrier up before, but it was destroryed. I have lived in my home for three years and have never seen one. I would really like to see it replaced. Maybe the city will cover the cost.

This matter was actually a discussion with the Board of Directors recently (barrier/mud on fence). We are looking into the issue. Unfortunately a lot of that trash gets blown down the street like a wind tunnel effect on recycle days. I have not seen or heard of anyone dumping trash. I could be mistaken, and if so, that is definitely a problem we need to address. But for now, people just need to be mindful of there recycle bins and windy days/nights. As far as a barrier, we will need to do some research, i know the owner of the land uses that road as an access way to his property, if there is another way for him to get back there, than yes, a barrier is feasible. I will look into it. |
