An individual that is described as a bald man living at possibly 5966 Waterfront place, shot a gun in the air screaming about our children looking at lights in Spinnaker Cove this evening. I find this allegation and episode extremely disturbing and if factual, this individual needs to be questioned, very scary. He allegedly held the gun in the air and fired, wow! He might need some help.
