As a responsible pet owner you are REQUIRED to clean up after your pet.

As a responible parent you are also REQUIRED to ensure that your children are not leaving trash and debris in our common areas.

Also be mindful they are to be supervised so as to not be destructive of our property; buildings, garages, landscaping, etc.
