This will be my first time posting to this site. I have been a long time resident of Spring Creek, Basically from the very begining and I'd have to say that over the last 14 years this neighborhood is no where near what it was. Too many changes in restrictions without majority votes and for the convenience of the board. The primary dispute with them over the last three years, which we did resolve.
I paid my dues this year, $319.00 on 4/20/16 through paypal, understanding that I was late and paid the additional fee. I get the mail yesterday and there is a letter from Lacy Holly, the lawyer the represents the maintenance corp, stating that my dues weren't paid and now is collection status. The letter was dated 5/4/16. How can you put an account in collection staus without first checking the accounts? You board members and maintenance corporation are an absolute joke!
Are you kidding me? Has any other resident had a similiar experience?
