Are you ready to volunteer for your neighborhood?
The current SFHOA board's term will expire on July 31, 2010. The board has worked hard to make many changes within the practices of past leadership and make improvements as possible with the resources that was available. The board will be retiring at that time and the community needs dependable volunteers to replace them. If you want to make a positive impact on the area you call home, please send an e-mail to the HOA of your interest. The board consists of four board members and three area representatives. If there is no interest, the current board would feel compelled to hire a management company to run the day-to-day operation of the HOA. This would become a new annual expense for the community of approx $5,000. This expense can be avoided with the help of a few dedicated homeowners within the community.
