Wondering if any legal action has been (or can be) taken against the person(s) who stole our money last year.....?

Larry Moore 10107 Lancewood Rd. was found guilty of theft by unlawful taking, A Class D felony. He was given 5 years of probation and ordered to pay back the $60,000 dollars that he stole from the SFHOA. Regrettably, he only pays back the money at $100 a month. So in fifty years (he is 62 yrs old), we will have collected all of our money back.

We cannot pusure him in civil court because he filed for bankruptcy protection.

make sure you are signed up for the webblast that the current president sends out. it helps keep up to date on things that are going on around the neighborhood. for example we have had a bunch of auto break-ins over the past month. lock up your stuff. see ya round the hood.

This is a sad situation and too bad that you cant collect the money back sooner!
