The Master Association is comprised of members of each association, A, B, C, and D. The Master is primarily responsible for common areas such as the lake, pool, parking lot surface (but not parking lot rules) community lighting, entrances, most landscaping, grass cutting, insurance, perimeter fence, fertilization and pest control. Comments or questions regarding your units, buildings and association rules and regulations needs to be directed to the individual associations.
