I agree with you sis66 is an idiot and an inconsiderate jerk and on top of that completely wrong!  There are laws that deal with noise control!!!

not everybody with barking dogs are rednecks some of us are unfortunate enough to have a not so nice neighbor and when i put my dogs out she chooses to work on the property line and yes my dogs bark at her and yes she has called me in but what i have to say is in my case if my neighbor chooses to only go out and work in the yard, in view of my dogs who are in a kennel ,then bark on, maybe they should focus on more important stuff then barking dogs

omg you are totally right!  your neighbor sounds like an ass!  believe me i have had my share with bad neighbors and i feel for you...if she calls the cops on you i would simply state that she is provoking your dogs lol
