Someone (I suspect a high schooler on his way to school) disposes of a Mountain Dew bottle every morning at the bottom of Wethering and Fallsbrook on the green space. Does it seem inappropriate to place a container at the location with a message asking they depose of the empty Mountain Dew bottle in the recepticle? I have picked up the empty bottle, when I pass by, but it seems I am enabling the youth to continue this practice.
