The June Association newsletter gives the brief details of the MPO meeting that was held in St. Petersburg. There are 3 corridors that are being discussed that will greatly affect our neighborhood-4th St, 9th St, and 16th St. Even though this is till 5 years away this could affect the home values. What do others think about this or does anyone really care ?????
