My friend Shannon is looking for a house for her and her 2 year old daughter. She currently moved to the area and needs help. I have heard good things about Kenwood. If anyone can shed any light on houses for sale in the Kenwood area, I would really appreciate it. She is looking for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, possible 1 bathroom.

Also, how does she get to Kenwood from Gandy and 4th Ave.?

Directions

I assume you mean 4th. st., so you can go two ways. Just head south down 4th. st. untill you get to 9th Ave N., Turn right and go till you go under the over pass(20th st.). Kenwood will be on your left. Another way is to take Gandy to I-275 south to exit 11. Turn right and your right in the middle of Kenwood. Kenwood goes from central ave. to 9th. ave and from I-275 to 34th. st.
