As a contractor, I understand why you are here and we all welcome the constant improvement in the houses. That is what probably drew most of us here to start with. But a true neighborhood is much more than a ''pretty face.'' Once the homes are all renovated - then what draws people here?
I have not spent any time in chat rooms - maybe I need to start so I can be up to date on sarcastic lingo.
