codes violatios
Due to the complexity of your situation, please contact the Mayor's Action Hotline at the City, # 893-7111. Ask them who the appropriate official is to deal with your problem. Because you already have an attorney involved, this situation is best handled with his help.
If you would like to talk further, please give me a call at 827-0087.

Clarification...
...I am not suing this organization---I had to threaten legal action and walking away from the purchase in order to get the organization to comply with the established building codes. The organization realized that they would have to comply in order to complete the sale because they were backed in a corner....but, if I had never obtained an attorney--which I had from the beginning--I feel certain that I would've purchased a dangerous and flawed home.
I would like to speak with you further and I will also follow up with the Mayor's action committee.
Thanks!
