I received a letter from Bob Jeffreys today, made copies and delivered the copies to Rob Wertz, Kate Hoffman and to Linda Beaman. I placed personnal notes on each letter giving them my thoughts on what I thought they should be doing and asking each of them how long they think it will take to do each of these requested seven tasks. As soon as they tell me I will tell all of you.

I received calls today from Rob Wertz and Kate Hoffman in regard to the length of time each may require to complete the requested changes on our Historic District Application. Rob thought two weeks or so would be enough for him since he had already anticipated having to draw the property lines and has the information somewhat readily available. Kate said that she probably will need between one month and two months, worst cast senario. I will contact Bob Jeffreys and Rick Smith, with the city, to see what additional assistance they may be able to lend.
