Thanks for your thoughts. You make good points. But I still have trouble with the rundown buildings behind Watson's being called "potentially historic." I don't see any outstanding architecture there, and I'm not aware of any historic events taking place there. Kind of like the difference between a '55 Thunderbird and the nerdy '54 Plymouth I drove in high school. One's a classic, the other's just old. You've provided solid, unemotional input. Thanks for that. And thanks for signing!

there are property owners on that block who will PROFIT from this deal- in more ways than one- and there were signs on the block- even mine got stolen

since you did not attend any meetings, you do not know that NO substantial compromises have been
accepted or even entertained by the developer-

DO NOT CRITICIZE the "vocal minority" if you are not willing to ddevote the time to get the facts !
