Not that easy

I wish just having a disclosure would do it. It won't. Disclosure does not tell the whole story. Sometimes the whole story can not be legally told anyway. We need to ask (demand) our board members to not do business in our neighborhood.

That will eliminate any future, she said, he said, finger pointing.

It will be for the overall good of our neighborhood and eliminate a potiential for conflict. If Steve Lange or anyone else does not like it, they can choose not to be on the board in the future.
