An unidentified neighbor left a note on my porch Friday containing the following information, which I pass along to readers in the event that you have an interest in this.
On Wednesday, August 16, the City will decide whether or not to revoke the permit on this project, which is located at Third Street and Eighth Avenue North. This project has been stalled for sometime in a very incomplete state. Wood is rotting; it's and eyesore; and it's unsafe. The concerned neighbor describes the project as ''ill-conceived, underfunded, and unfinished.''
Call or write City officials with your thoughts and opinions:
Julie Weston, Director of Development and Permitting, 892-5987
Glenn Savell, Chief Building Inspector, 893-7547
Milton Massaret, Building Official, 893-7231
Address all letters to those above at The City of Saint Petersburg, 1 Fourth Street North, Saint. Petersburg 33701.
Thanks to the unidentified neighbor.
