Maybe the concern is because ''digging for dirt'' is ugly, non-team spirited, non-neighborly, sneaky, self-serving, and just a way to focus the neighborhood on other things rather than a bunch of self-serving folks who bought in a blighted, city designated COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT ZONE a block from a MAJOR commercial street!!!!!
