The next Board Meeting is Wed., March 14, 6:00 p.m., the Sunshine Center. The agenda will include the following: Treasury Report; Committee Reports; discussion of the Sunken Gardens Master Plan for Redevelopment, including the proposed vacation of 18th Avenue to merge the two parking lots and a subsequent petition from NS residents to cul-de-sac 20th Ave. east of 4th Street; a proposal for variances and change of usage by Mansion House B&B and City B&B Ordinance in general; request for extension by Bob Lee's Tires to construct an addition and to bring parking lot into compliance.
