I Smell a rat

The NDR committee yes 19 members voted no of the three who voted for the project two didn't even live in the neiighborhood. Do they have anything to gain if CVS goes through?

Still got no answer BUT I did attend the meeting tongiht and I noticed that the president was not an advocate, which is certainly an improvement.
