Possible Money Pit

I too voted for the purchase. Now I hope it doesn't cost us a fortune to maintain it. We should partner up with any credible entities to help broden the base, while offering as many things as fesible. Keep a small admission fee. Not many will turn away for a couple of bucks, which will add up to pay for part of the costs or improvements.
