Don't be shy to post an idea or suggestion in keeping our neighborhood looking clean.  There are several homes available on the market here in our community, and I've seen cars driving through probably checking out these homes.  If they don't like what they see, they won't come back to our neighborhood.... If homes sell at higher prices then our home values might prosper.  (it all begins with simple yard/trash maintenance) 

Thank you so much "hugabbey". The only suggestions I have is, simply for each of us to take pride in our yards & property. Clean up.... If there's wood, cement, tires, toys, etc, around our homes that we haven't and won't use..... TRASH IT. If we have 4-5 vehicles for 2-3 drivers, store them in your garages, not in front of other's homes. Maybe we need to create a "CLEAN UP OUR YARDS DAY"? I totally agree with you, our property values are going down. Obetz Rd.(south) side looks terrible, empty homes. Again, us people that try to keep up, you can't for cars, & trash from other's yards. Pitiful..... was reason we bought here, properties so well kept.... Not anymore. Again, thanks for speaking up!!!!!!!
