Stambaugh-Elwood Area Association

  I'd like to know, is the "ASSOC." also known as "Southside Action Group" ? I received a letter, "threating" to have me fined $75, IF I EVER put another YARD SALE sign on a pole!! PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSE!!! whatever happen to living in America? I had a gentleman come to our sale, who I thot acted very"nosey", and spoke like he could change the City. Maybe he thinks starting with 'no signs" is a good place to start? Id just like to speak to the NUT who sent me this "letter". Look @ the CITY CODES, I did not find this code on the list! We REMOVE our 4 signs after our sale. And is it because we have ours in April?  If this IS true, this so called code, we bwill NEVER support any neighborhood, or city activities again. We had plans of going to the Town meeting tonite, but not now. There are CODES listed, like trash on property, signs on vehicles, cars sitting more then certain hrs, but these "Americans" would rather send trash letters to senior citzens concerning a 8x10 sign on a pole!!!!! Go for it!!!!!!

   Iwas justinformed the stupid "letter" Ireceived was NOT from the city. I can only guess who sent it. And Im sure I know. Therfore, I will be taking this to the Mayor's office. Meanwhile, I suggest the "troublemaker get a life & stay out of MINE!!!!!

Please dont pat ant attention to Mr South Side action group He is great at running that mouth.  He comesw to our meetings for the home owners ass and talks about everything but what concerns us as home owners.

     Please dont give up on us I think you done right yuou put up a sign and took it down when you were done if this is the same guy I think it is ask him when you see him when he

last paid to the homeowners Assoc he hasnt .

     You are right maybe he should remain silent and thought of as dumb than open that mouth of his and remove all doubts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Have your yard sell and keep doing what you done and dont worry about people like that until they step up and pay their DUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Please again they are more positive people in here just like your self  we hope to rid teh area of negative people who hide behind words and laws that they have know idea what they are again sorry about him hope your sell done good.......

     Sorry one more thing that is not your Assoc that he is flapping his gums about and you are right not a nosier person but he being a man needs to grow a pair and leave his phone number on the letter and disscuss it with you
