 Reading all of this is quite overwhelming I must say, but having tried to keep up for the last couple of days, I have noticed that there hasn't been any definitive answers from the previous members of "the board" (or the current "appointed" members for that matter). Makes me wonder why there are so many questions (just on this post alone) going unanswered.

What is the board trying to hide from the home owners? And why?

It is our right to know exactly where our P.O.A dues are being spent.

As for the information that poasucks has posted about the legalities of the pool being open are false. The pool has only been open 2 seasons. if anyone needs clarification in refrence to permissions of opening the pool please contact either Rick or Don on this matter. They have the documents etc. regarding the pool issues and health dept.

If the information that I have posted is so false then why is the pool indefinetly closed by the Health Department?  and why did the Health Department close the pool on Memeorial Weekend when the POA Board decided they would open the pool?  and why is it not open now and has not been open all summer?

The documents on the pool may also be found on the Health Department Website and you may also call the local Benton County Health Department or the AR State Health Department to get clarification on what is required, since apparently the Old President and the new president are the only ones that think they know anything.

if this is a POA why do we have all the renters in the neighberhood????? As owners we care about our homes an the renters are taking the neighberhood down.

tara, at this point I Have pretty much asked for bank statements to be posted on here on every blog I have put. Nobody has posted and if I was on the board, I'd sure want to clear my name... I guess thats to much to ask for even though we were told last year that we would have statements providing this... Isn't that why we pay the 350.00 a year thats on the budget?
