Rick (or lawyer),
1. Why can't a collections agency go after the deadbeats? You put liens on some properties, but does that really force people to pay their dues? Let's face it - some people need to be kicked to do anything.
2. How much would it cost to tear out that stupid pool? It's nothing but a money pit and a big headache. Too bad it was ever put in.
3. When, o when, will parking be enforced? There are junky pickups parked all week long next door to me, plus 3 cars in their driveway, and several people have boats in the front yards for weeks on end. Trashy, tacky, and low class!
I moved into this neighborhood because there was a POA, and I thought it meant that people would be held to the rules and our property values would be protected (as much as possible). It's been 3 years, and only people who get "talked to" are people who transgressed once, not the habitual slobs.
I know you're frustrated, and so are all of us homeowners.
Thanks.
