July Board Meeting

We held our July Board Meeting just east of the pool on Monday. In addition to a represenative from the Westminster Police Department, we were joined by about 15 residents. Officer Dan Mayer talked about the Neighborhood Watch program. If you are interested in participating, please contact any of your board members or come to our next board meeting. Many things were discussed. Please see the article in the newsletter section for more details.

Board Meetings

While the board welcomes the homeowners to the monthly board meetings, the homeowners do need to realize that it is a business meeting. We do have an agenda and often many things to discuss. The amount of time allowed for open forum is limited and will be enforced. We, like you, would like to finish the meeting and go home. We thank you for your cooperation.
# of complaints!

There should be on-going improvements going on within this community every year. I have lived here for 5 years, the only improvement I have seen is new pavement, which just happened.

I have been to the meetings and the only thing that happens is the board gives the homeowners about 2 seconds to talk and then the rest of the time they argue about what to do with our money, and then it takes about 5 years to realize we need to paint the driveway.
