I am having some problems trying to acquire the meeting minutes from the board meetings over the last year. They are the minutes from all of the meetings the current board has conducted. These minutes would also contain what the board members voted on and give an indication of what the boards plans are for the future.
Is anyone else having problems getting information?
I would really like to get some assistance in this matter and if anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate knowing them.
I really don't need the sarcastic or smart ass comments, but I'm sure they will come anyway.
