Our association has a hard working deed restriction committee. It has tried very hard to regulate violations noted thoughout the neighborhood. The unfortunate thing is that some of the violators do not take the notifications seriously and fail to correct the violation. Residents must understand that the covenants are designed to protect our investment. I fail to understand why some people feel the need to resist and create problems for all concerned. It is within the power of the association to take what ever action necessary to resolve any questionable issues.
