Steelton Village

I know it might seem early to be thinking about yard sales, but I AM SO READY FOR WARM WEATHER!  I would like to plan another community yard sale this year.  Once again, I will pass out flyers to all the homes and put an ad on Craig's List.  Last year we posted a flyer at Kelly's Market, so we can do that again also.  And hopefully other residents might have some other ideas.  Do we still have signs to put out at the corners?  I'm thinking the same weekend as last year.  This year's dates would be Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14.  Two days is enough for me, but I know some people also like to open on Sunday, too.

I'm with you, ready for warm weather !!  It's never too early to plan so people have plenty of time to get things together.  Yes, we still have signs for the corners.  You might want to think about the week before or after the 13th & 14th.  I just looked at the calendar and that's Father's Day weekend. 

Last year's sales were during Father's Day weekend.  I thought we had a great turnout.  Unfortunately, I'm not available either one of those other weekends.  Let me know what you think.

If last year's was the same (I didn't remember, sorry) then I'd say go with it.  If nobody else posts any opinions in the next couple weeks, I'll update the website with the date for the sale.
