Table new membership dues until next meeting.

Rosemary was asked to provide Letter of Incorporation. She also noted insurance premium was not up-to-date.
Actions: pursue covenant issue.
Need to invite more people to the meetings
Need sponsors for the Flyers.

Next Meeting Will be May 10, 2005 at Stetson Hill Elementary

Questions for Office Gallegos
1. Does code enforcement cover dog feces in the yard? Yes It has to be removed 3 times per week
2. How many weeds can be tolerated? Weed can not be more than 9” high.
3. Vehicles parked on the Street- do they need to be parked in a specific direction? Vehicles should be pointed in the direction of the flow of traffic. Police/Code enforcement will help 444-7706 for parking enforcement. Cars on city streets must be moved every 72 hours.
4. There were questions about the confidentiality of the information when calling code enforcement. No information is provided but it is part of the public record.
5. Questions about the number of vehicles. Antique 25years or older + one for parts must be identical
6. Some questions about Recreation vehicles: No Recreational vehicles on the street or sidewalk. Car can not be real close to Stop signs.

9. What is the expected turnaround after a report is made? Junk, rubbish and debris removal 7-10 days. Then re-inspect if not collected Contract abatement bid + 25% charge for removal. Repeat offenders face escalating fines.
10. What can be done about landscape rock in the street? Police/ Code Enforcement.
11. How many people can occupy a residential house? Call Development and Review
12. Semi tractor trailers are not allowed in the neighborhood
13. How fast must snow be removed from sidewalks? 24 after last snow fall
14. What can be done about tires in some ones front yard? Ties should go into a closed building
15. What weeks are controlled? 6 noxious weeds are controllers. See city code.

Rye gave some personal background He began with the team in Honolulu in 1987. The Colorado Springs SkySox is the Top Minor League team for the Colorado Rockies. He noted that the Team is under new management and the there will be significant changes at the ball park. Security Service Federal Credit Union in providing new funding for the ball park. They are going to put in a Picnic Terrace. There are no plans to move the park to another part of town.
