Reviewed the minutes from May 13, 2004 Board of Director’s meeting

Member Count 31.

Treasury Balance $576.89 after Post office box($19) and Gazette advertisement($29) for the June Garage Sale are paid.

Discussed putting an advertisement in the Gazette for the June 12, 2004 neighborhood garage sale.

Discussed the June 1, 2004 Town Hall meeting at the Stetson Hill Police Substation. Council member Glenn and Radford and Dan Stuart presented RTA ballot proposal.

Guest speaker for August meeting Jan Prowell from City Planning and Frederich Veitch from Nor’wood Development Group.

Reviewed the architect’s plans for the South East and North East corner of Barnes and Powers. Also reviewed the plans for the Stetson Hills sign on this corner. Frederick Veitch will present this at the August meeting.

Gave Stetson Hills elementary school $100. They will use the money for library books.

Discussed the process of getting permission to have a Block Party.

Stetson Hills Police Substation will be manned starting June 7, 2004

Will ask Jim to get someone from the Substation to attend Tuesday August 17th at Stetson Hills meeting.

Next general meeting will be August 17th 2004 and October 19th.
