Earth Day 2002

A joint effort by Waste Management, Monroe County Public Works, The Monroe County Sheriff's Dept. and the Stock Island Business & Home Owners Ass. had another highly successful Earth Day Clean up. Thanks to the efforts of all parties, aproximatley another 50 tons of heavy trash was removed from the Lincoln Gardens Section of Stock Island. Special thanks goes out to Greg Sullivan of Waste Management, Capt. Rick Ramsey, Off. Emil LaVache, & Off. Gennie Hernandez of the Monroe County Sheriff's Dept. Jose, Brian & Richard of Monroe County Public Works Dept. Mitch of Waste Management. Nancy Hillman, Harry Goode, Andy Williams of Stock Island. Pepsi for their donation of drinks & Mike Jolly of Jolly's liquor on Stock Island.
