Tow Truck Driver Arrested For Dumping

Mr. marc Jester of Anchor Towing of Ramrod Key was arrested for dumping cars on Stock Island. He was paid the sum of $150 to tow abandoned autos from Key West. The Sheriff's Dept. arrested him on three felonies. Illegal dumping, tampering with evidence & covering up the name of his company on the doors of his tow truck. Ms. Gennie Hernandez made a good bust. However, your new State Attorney has chosen to drop two out of three charges. Two of our members spoke at a Key West City Council Meeting to ask that his license to operate in the city of Key West be revoked. I also spoke to the head of Code Enfocement but struck out. I wrote a letter to Mr. Mark Kohl & asked him to please prosecute Mr. Jester as we of the Stock Island & Home Owners Association would like to send a message that this type of behavior will not be tolerated.
