This morning I get a new complaint. Latta Gordon Road. My neighbor comes & complains that a person is grooming their dog & leaving clumps of dog hair on the common area.

I immediately have a suspect in mind & advise the complainant that I'd take care of the problem. Lo & behold there's my suspect in front of my house with her dogs. I speak to here & she's denies any wrongdoing. Unknown to me, she does her own investigating.

She finds out through adjacent neighbors it's Mrs "N" is the culprit. She knocks on her door & explains the problem.  I'm told Mrs "N" becomes belligerent, intimidating, and declares yes it's my dog & I will continue to groom the animal as she pleases & by the way tell Ron Martin to go to hell. (as she slams the door in front in the face of this poor woman )

Me I'm an innocent bystander but again the bad guy.

So tonight, we go out for dinner. Coming home I notice that the "farm house" at Shiella Caruth & Lara Michelle has their commercial vehicle parked on the walkway, probably for advertisement purposes. How can I ask others to refrain from parking on grass etc. & let this person do as she pleases.  and this is the family whose husband with chest bared, puffed up, threatened to have me arrested if I stepped on his property. They are probably annoyed that the husband received a summons for a stop sign violation caused by my requesting the police dept. to monitor that particular sign.

As for Mrs "N' what can I say. Informed neighbors laugh when I report this story. I'm glad she is not my immediate neighbor.

But getting to the point. I'm about out of here, no support & I and other members are considering calling in a management company in lieu of no board of directors. This will propably cause the yearly dues to increase dramatically. 

I accomplished what I had to do, however the strain on my personal life due to the antics of a dozen malcontents leads me to believe it's time to hand over the reigns to another.Same people time after time.

In a short while I will be calling an election to vote for a new board.

Since you like to address people like that thenI will address you like that too.  Please when you are posting negative information that the information is correct.  I'm tired of you personnally attacking me on these postings.   I have not done one thing to you except explain why I did not attend the board meeting in the Fall.   I have been on your "hit list" ever since.  Anyone wanting to view copies of all posting from our previous website can contact me and I will gladly show them everything. 

As for this posting, I don't think you were at my door when this happened.  I'm sorry that Traci thinks I slammed the door in her face.  I did not.  I listened to her for at least 15 minutes and explained everything to her and her concern at the time  was that she didn't want you to  think it was her.  After she said that a few time yes I did tell her to tell you it was me and to tell you to go to hell.  I'm not denying that.  But I was not belligerent or intimidating.  What did I have a gun to her head?  If I would of slammed my door in her face my dog would of gotten her head slammed.  My dog was there the whole time and I was talking through my screen door.  I guess the intimidation was my dog. 

Why are you saying you are the innocent bystander.  You didn't have to post this stuff you made the discussion to do so.  All you could of said that the person was found and stopped at that but can you stop.  OH NO! 

Don't personnally attack other either.  That paragraph about the neighbor is no ones busines but yours and his.  If he has a issue with something you did it's between you and him not the whole neighborhood. 

As for you talking to neighbors about this situation and laughing.  Here you are doing it again to me.  What do you think you are benefitting when you are personnally attacking me.  You must enjoy my husband yelling at you when he asks you not to speak to him.  I don't like you and you have made it clear you don't like me and let's leave to that.  But do not use this posting to personally attack people.  This website is set up for information and not you personal attack board.

For your last comment in your posting.  I'm glad also you are not my immediate neighbor.  Isn't it strange my immediate neighbors don't have any problems with me and we enjoy conversations about other things then who's on your hit list for the week.

So leave me and my family alone and don't make any attempts to even speak to me.  I'm sick of the whole thing.  I just wanted people to know both sides of the story.  I'm not that hateful of a person that you make me out to be.  This is my last warning.  Please leave me out of all postings as of this date.  If this goes further I will have to contact whoever is responsible for this website and tell them it's being used to personnally attack people.

Good evening Mrs. Norton. Thinking it over , yes perhaps I have went overboard on this. So now I appoligize, it would be nice if when we see each other, we wave.

Don't have to be exactly friiends but at least we can be civil towards each other then maybe we can be on talking terms again. I'm willing to give this a try..Ron Martin
