Every household was mailed a letter today regarding elections for new board members.
Date: Tuesday, Sept. 9th.
Time: 7:30 pm
Location: Huntersville Library, Community Room. (free, no charge )
I personally, am resigning the position of President as perhaps the other board members will do also.
I suggest very strongly that all households attend this meeting as should no new members be elected the only choice is to retain a management company which will probably increase the yearly dues by 100%. There are approximately 45 households out there that have never received a violation of the covenants letter from the board. It is the same dozen homeowners, time after time who commit violations whether it be grass cutting, or leaving the grass cuttings in the street, parking violations, driveways with God only knows stowed there. I endevoured to correct these people but it's like I'm banging my head against a wall...and then, no support for myself or other board members. We are just the bad guys.
Never, ever again will I allow someone to bang on my door at all hours..Not good for your health. That is a warning!!!
So show up & vote..Someone out there must be willing to take on this burden.
