Q: The empty lot at the end of View Meadow has been deeded over to the HOA from Hartman Homes, Ltd. It is now considered a common area. The Board is asking for your comments and input regarding how the community will utilize the empty lot. Do you have any ideas? If so, please write them down here.

R: Based upon additional information supplied by ProComm and Hartman Homes, Ltd., the Board was notified that the empty lot at the end of View Meadow would not be deeded over to the community. This property is owned by the city of San Antonio. Because of this, the lot will be used as a neighborhood park with no permanent structures.
