Q: With the departure of Hartman Homes, Ltd., the entrance/exit gates will be kept closed 24 hours a day. The Board would like imput from commuinty members on considering having the gates open during high traffic times to reduce ?“wear and tear?” of the gate equipment. This will ultimately save on repair costs. Please make your selections.

R: The majority of homeowners elected to have the gate closed except during the hours of 6:00 am-9:00 am and 4:00pm to 7:00 pm during week days and closed all day and night during weekends. Targeted date for gate closure will be the week of November 12, 2001.
