DIRECTOR'S CORNER
The Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at the Freestone Recreation Center from 7-9 p.m. (1141 E. Guadalupe) Your attendance at the meeting is very important. If you cannot attend the meeting, please take the time to complete the enclosed proxy or absentee ballot. Your vote must be received no later than April 30, 2004.
Once again the Association will be hosting the Annual Ice-cream Social Saturday, May 8, 2004. (6:00 PM- 8:30 PM - Stonecreek HOA Park)There will a bouncing gym for the kids, face painting for all and of course lots of Ice Cream. We look forward to seeing all of the residents of Stonecreek HOA at this fun event.
Weeds, Weeds, Weeds are everywhere. The Board of Directors asks that all residents take the time weekly to inspect your yard for weeds and remove them. Over 190 violations were sent to homeowners in Stonecreek last month. Failure by residents to take care of their yards is costing YOU MONEY! Properties in Stonecreek that fail to clean up their weeds can expect the Association to take care of it for them, at a cost. The fine will up to $200.00 plus the landscapers cost to take care of the property. Please do your best to avoid this serious action, by caring about your property and removing all weeds.
Can you believe how hot it is? The swimming pool will be opened April 3. Please take the time to see the newly remodeled restrooms! They look awesome. It is our hope that the residents and guests of residents show respect and care for the new facilities. Other improvements include painting the wrought iron pool fence and common walls around the pool area.
ATTENTION STONECREEK HOMEOWNERS
The homes in our neighborhood are now at least 10-15 years old. If you have not had the exterior of your home repainted, you should seriously be considering doing so. This will not only keep our neighborhood looking good and the property values high, but could also save you money in the long run. If you wait too long, the paint will peel and the wood in the trim could rot. This could require you to have to apply multiple coats of paint or you might even have to replace some rotten wood. Be a good neighbor and take pride in the upkeep of the exterior of your home.
