DIRECTOR?’S CORNER
We would like to thank all of the homeowner's in Stonecreek HOA for their response to the survey. We are tabulating the data as this newsletter is going being printed. We received 175 completed surveys.
Frequently asked questions from the survey will be addressed in future newsletters.
One point that was made on numerous surveys was the subject of parking. According to the CC&R's, parking on the street and driveway are allowed. The streets are public and as long as vehicles are parked legally they are allowed. We cannot control the number of cars that each residence has or the age of the vehicles. It is a violation of the CC&R's to have an inoperable vehicle. If you notice a vehicle that is inoperable please contact Borg Property Services. If the vehicle is parked on the street, the police will be contacted. If the vehicle is parked in view of the common area, street and or neighboring property a violation notice will be sent to the offending property owner. If a vehicle is parked on the rock or grass of a front yard, this too is a violation of Stonecreek HOA Landscape Guidelines, and warrants a violation notice.
We are happy to see that the water feature is up and running. In the upcoming months it will be drained and cleaned out. Once this is accomplished, more fish will be added to the water feature.
Please be aware that homeowners with wrought iron fences that back up to common areas will be4 notified regularly regarding repairs and maintenance.
The Pool Will Close for the Season on

E-Mail Addresses and Privacy
One way to avoid (reduce?) the amount of spam (unwanted e-mail messages) that you receive, watch who you give your real e-mail address to. Many sites treat e-mail address field as a required field, but you can use a nonexistent e-mail address or modify your e-mail address such that it cannot be used automatically by spam tools, but understood by real people (such as in a forum).
If your real e-mail address is STONECREEKHOA@AOL.NET, you could make it STONECREEK(REMOVETHIS)@AOL.NET . A SPAM tool would not send messages to you, but a person in a forum could send something to you as they will know to exclude the "(removethis)" when they send you e-mail.

DONATE YOUR USED BICYCLES
It is that time of the year again when ?“elf?” Tony gets in high gear. He repairs used bicycles and gives them to needy children. (Gilbert CAP, St. Anne?’s Friends of the Needy, schools in South Phoenix etc.) Stonecreek has donated many bikes to Tony in the past and we?’re asking that you clean your garage and help unfortunate kids at Christmas.
Whom do I contact?
Call Tony at 480-892-7505. The bikes do not have to be in working order. Tony will come to your house, pick them up free of charge and give you a Gilbert Community Action Program (CAP) receipt that you can use as a tax deduction.
