DIRECTOR?’S CORNER
Annual meeting to be at the NEW Rec Center on May 7 @ 7 PM.
The Board of Director?’s would like to remind all homeowners that they are invited to attend the Annual HOA Meeting on May 7, 2003 at 7:00 PM.

The meeting will be held at the NEW Freestone Park Recreation Center. We hope you returned your proxy or absentee ballot by April 30 as your vote will count toward the future of your homeowners association.

Water Feature retaining wall to be completed in early May.
The construction at the front water feature involves the replacement of a failing retaining block wall. Over the years, the wall between the common area landscaping behind the pond and the home immediately west there of have developed a substantial lean. A structural engineer reviewed the situation and determined that it needed replacement. Unfortunately, to remove the existing wall, four large pine trees had to be removed.

This project is scheduled for completion in early May. Once completed, we will have a new retaining wall, four new Southern Oak trees, additional new granite areas and irrigation and electrical adjustments.

The cost of this project totaled $22,000.00, but was essential for liability purposes.

Stonecreek has been nominated for the Neighborhood Connections Award. The event will be held on May 2, 2003. Stonecreek is a finalist for the award. Good luck to us.
